Michael Hochman ’95 was appointed deputy staff secretary within the Office of the Staff Secretary for the Biden-Harris administration. In this role, he is responsible for preparing the daily briefing book and ensuring that details regarding actions, speeches, events, correspondence, and press releases are adequately vetted.
Hochman has experience in both state and federal courts and practiced as a commercial and corporate litigator at the Delaware firm Monzack, Mersky, Browder, Hochman.
A University of Pennsylvania graduate, Hochman was a classmate and friend of the late Beau Biden, son of President Joe Biden.
Hochman joins fellow BC Law School graduates Louisa Terrell ’95 and John Kerry ’76, who were selected for senior leadership positions in the Biden administration.
