Noble Work: Executive director of the 2017 Nobel Peace Prize nominee Global Zero, an international movement for a world without nuclear weapons. Reaction to the Nomination: “We’re honored—it’s a testament to the efforts of so many who refuse to accept the world can’t change.” Positive Fallout: We’ve really helped sound the alarm and focus efforts, especially now as governments are lurching back to the nuclear brink.” Inspiration: “My BC Law semester in London with Professor Alan Minuskin opened my eyes to working on challenges on a global scale.”
