Andres F. Torres is a recipient of the Thomas E. Dewey Medal, presented annually by the New York City Bar to outstanding assistant district attorneys in the city’s District Attorney’s Offices and the Office of the City’s Special Narcotics Prosecutor (SNP). A senior supervising attorney at SNP, he has led several successful prosecutions against national and international drug trafficking organizations, working with the DEA, NYPD, and foreign law enforcement agencies in Latin America and Europe.
