US Senator Jeanne Shaheen of New Hampshire addressed two hundred and twenty-seven JD and fifteen LLM graduates at BC Law’s eighty-fourth Commencement on May 27. The only woman to be elected as both a Governor and US Senator, Shaheen urged the graduates to be good stewards of the legal system, saying, “BC Law has equipped you with something perhaps more valuable than a diploma. Here, you have been taught to be ‘men and women for others.’”
