LAHANAS held its annual Fall Kickoff Garden Party on September 12 that brought together dozens of students, professors, and staff to reconnect with old friends, meet the new students, and find community.
LAHANAS is an umbrella organization at BC Law that supports those from traditionally underrepresented backgrounds in their transition to the Law School and fosters relationships with external sponsors committed to increasing diversity in the legal profession.
“We’re excited to offer the chance to get to know each other and provide a space where we can be given the same opportunities as everyone else,” said Timothy St. Pierre ’26, co-chair of LAMBDA, one of the Law School’s eight such student-led affinity groups.
“We’re also looking forward to expanding the intersection between affinity groups on campus,” explained fellow LAMBDA co-chair Mariposa Childson ’26.
