Diversity: As the new chief legal officer and corporate secretary for Kohler Co., part of Belcher’s job is to oversee global matters. Working with so many different colleagues worldwide has broadened her mind in ways she never could have imagined: “I have loved having the chance to flex my legal muscles in such diverse jurisdictions.” Parenting on the Go: As a single parent, Belcher finds joy in traveling the world with her two children, or while at home in Wisconsin, satisfying their collective love of the arts and problem-solving. Disruption: “As you advance in your career, it is easy to become comfortable in one place or one role,” she said. So, in her new position, she is seeking to be disrupted. “True growth comes from being uncomfortable.”
