David A. T. Donohue is a recipient of the 2021 Distinguished Alumni Award presented by the Penn State University Board of Trustees. Donohue earned his doctorate in petroleum and natural gas engineering from the College of Earth and Mineral Sciences in 1963 and went on to become the founder and president of International Human Resources Development Corporation and Arlington Group with headquarters in Boston.
