Howard A. Davidson

Howard A. Davidson retired as director of the American Bar Association Center on Children and the Law. Having worked in the area of child law since 1974, he plans to remain involved in the field of child welfare law and policy on a part-time basis.

       

Retirement: Spent 41 years at director of the ABA Center on Children and the Law. Inspiration: “My child and juvenile law professors at BC Law in the late 1960s,” Sanford Katz and Sanford Fox. Writings: Co-authored several amicus briefs for US Supreme Court cases related to child welfare.Founder: Is a founding board member of the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. Foodie:Has passion for ethnic food and exploring the local eclectic food scene in DC. Bucket List: To travel, be with family and friends, and enjoy a leisurely life.
