Ingrid C. Schroffner

Ingrid C. Schroffner presented talks on understanding collaborative intelligence and on motivational and inspirational leaders to Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education, Inc., and to the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School Mentoring Program. Both presentations addressed diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging as essential components to focus on, with examples and practical tips for organizations and business groups seeking to improve working together in the current professional climate, and the emerging leaders within them.
