Ingrid C. Schroffner, assistant general counsel in the Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS), is chair of the newly expanded EOHHS Diversity Council. She is involved in the council’s new initiatives and continues to design and lead unconscious bias and inclusivity and accessibility training sessions for EOHHS agencies and employees. She is also the lead attorney in charge of MassHealth Estate Recovery litigation for Massachusetts.
