Peter F. Durning is a partner in the real estate and environmental practice groups at Burns & Levinson LLP in Boston. He and the members of his former firm, Boston-based Mackie Shea Durning PC, joined Burns & Levinson to form one of the largest environmental practices in the New England region. Durning represents clients in environmental litigation, enforcement defense, and land use permitting and appeals, with a focus on water and wetlands matters.
