Benjamin F. Elliott

Benjamin F. Elliott is a partner in the Orlando, FL, office of Shutts & Bowen LLP and a member of the firm’s business litigation practice group. He was previously an associate in the Hartford, CT, office of McCarter & English LLP and served as special assistant to the general counsel in the Office of the Governor of Connecticut. Elliott was recently named an officer in the Orlando Chapter of the Federal Bar Association, serving as chair of the Younger Lawyers Division.
