The 32nd annual BC Public Interest Law Foundation (PILF) auction will be held Wednesday, March 19, in the Barat House on the Boston College Law School campus. This is the second year the auction will be returning to campus after several years at off-site locations.

The auction takes place each year to help fund students’ unpaid summer legal internships with government, legal aid, and non-profit legal entities. Last year, the event drew a crowd of 240 people and raised $20,000 to support students. Items auctioned off ranged from tickets to local Boston sports games to weekend stays.

Those who are unable to attend but still interested in making donations may do so at bc.edu/lawpilf by selecting “Law Public Interest Fund.” A gift of $2,000 helps to fund one student grant for the summer, but all donations are greatly appreciated.
