Lynndon Groff

Lynndon Groff was promoted to partner at the Philadelphia, PA, office of White and Williams. He focuses his practice on complex insurance coverage disputes, including matters involving exposure to hazardous substances such as per- and poly-fluoroalkyl substances and asbestos, environmental pollution, and various unique liabilities.

Environmental Specialty: “The insurance policies at issue in most of my cases at White and Williams were issued to very large businesses whom underlying claimants allege polluted the environment and/or sold hazardous products. I see my practice as an effort to enforce the terms of the contracts to which the parties agreed and, where those contracts contain pollution exclusions or similar provisions, holding companies accountable.” Pro Bono Work: “I find the resiliency of children remarkably inspiring. The kids I have worked with as a child advocate in Philadelphia Family Court have been through a lot, and yet they keep their spirits up and their heads high. I think it’s important they know someone is in their corner in court, which is a very serious and formal setting for a child.”
