Smiles, laughter, and animated conversations made BC Law’s annual Welcome Back Reception on September 9 another memorable moment in the community’s history. New students from the Class of 2029—the Law School’s final class of the first century and founding class of its second century—mingled with the new LLMs, as well as 3Ls, 2Ls, faculty, and staff. It was a spirited way to launch the school year and the journey to the centennial in 2029.
The Centennial 238 students came with a record-setting 3.85 GPA as well as wide-ranging interests and talents. No surprise that they were bonding quickly with their upper classmates, enjoying the warm reception of professors, and taking some deep breaths after the infamously rigorous first two weeks in a legal classroom.
The semester is now officially off and running—for everyone.
