Hon. Daniel E. Will was sworn in as the 113th associate justice on the New Hampshire Supreme Court, following Governor Kelly Ayotte’s nomination. Judge Will previously served as an associate justice on the New Hampshire Superior Court as well as New Hampshire’s first solicitor general, prior to which he spent 22 years in private practice in Manchester, N.H.
