Special Invitation: Fellowship in the American College of Trial Attorneys, composed of the best of the trial bar in North America, is extended by invitation only. Qualifications for Membership: Experienced trial lawyers who have mastered the art of advocacy and whose professional careers have been marked by the highest standards of ethical conduct, professionalism, civility, and collegiality. Like Father Like Son: Mone’s father, the late Michael Mone Sr. ’67 (also of Esdaile, Barrett, Jacobs & Mone LLP), was also a fellow in the college and served as its 50th president. Thankful: “I’ve been very lucky in my career as a trial lawyer to have the benefit of many wonderful mentors who took the time to guide me along the way. Certainly, this includes my dad but there were many others. Collectively, they made me a better lawyer and I cannot thank them enough.”
