Nick Pisegna has joined Todd & Weld’s government and criminal defense practice group, which focuses on defending clients in pre-indictment government investigations, from pre-indictment strategy through trial. He will represent individuals and organizations in all stages of criminal and regulatory investigations. Previously, Pisegna served as an assistant district attorney in the Middlesex County District Attorney’s Office, where he spent years as a trial prosecutor in Middlesex Superior Court.
