Peter Mina founded The Mina Firm, a solo law practice focused on federal sector employment law and civil rights litigation in Washington, DC. Before opening his practice, he spent more than 14 years working at the Department of Homeland Security, most recently as a deputy officer for civil rights and civil liberties. He also was chief of the labor and employment law division of the office of the principal legal advisor at US Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
