Rudolph Ogden was nominated by Governor Sununu to serve as a New Hampshire Superior Court justice and was confirmed by the Executive Council on August 30. Prior to becoming the governor’s attorney-of-choice, he worked at the New Hampshire Department of Labor, first as general counsel and later as deputy commissioner.
