Daniel Lyons discussed Supreme Court oral arguments over FCC fines of AT&T and Verizon on Bloomberg Law’s podcast. Brian Quinn was quoted in The New York Times on Elon Musk’s shifting goals for SpaceX. Michael Cassidy was quoted in Law360 on the voter-approved audit of the state legislature.
The Common Good: Cathleen Kaveny was a featured speaker at the Faith, Democracy, and the Common Good conference at Georgetown University. She also hosted a conference on The Rule of Law and the Common Good, which was covered by the National Catholic Reporter. Led by Sharon Beckman, the Boston College Innocence Program helped release from prison a client who served 34 years for a crime he did not commit. The Civil Rights Clinic, under Reena Parikh, released a report concerned about construction at a women’s prison.
